Surrounding:
High mountains, lakes, river, waterfalls, rocks and canyons. It is a paradise for all kinds of sport like biking, trekking, klimbing, Kajak, rafting, mountainbike and swimming. One mountain nearby is Großglockner who is about 3800m high. Italy is very close.
Birdwatchers have lots of possiblilties, as well as plantlovers.
Oberdrauburg:
In the little village is everything one needs: 2 or three restaurants, one cafe, supermarked, pub, Swimmingpool, bank, two museums, kiosk and the trainstation.
From the Villa one walks five minutes to the villagecenter.
